With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge to Team Lopez. Her background includes working in all areas of operations, including roles as a DE and VA underwriter. Alicia is passionate about helping clients achieve their homeownership dreams and will be assisting our clients during their initial meetings and guiding them through the pre-approval process.

She lives on a farm in Mt. Angel with her amazing husband and two energetic dogs who keep them on their toes. Alicia has two adult children who no longer live at home, and in her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing on the farm, visiting family, and cheering on her favorite sports teams. She’s excited to be a part of the team and looks forward to helping families get into their dream homes.

Tricia is a seasoned mortgage professional with more than 20 years of experience. She’s built her career around delivering exceptional service and managing complex files with precision and care. As our Loan Processor, Tricia handles all the logistics of the loan process, working closely with underwriters to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete from approval through funding.

When she’s not keeping files on track, Tricia and her husband Eric love working on home improvement projects and relaxing under the sun in Mexico.
